Placing your first order
It’s important that from the beginning you know how to place your own orders. You don’t want to have to wait for your sponsor/coach to do these things for you, and most importantly you will be accumulating your points which can get you to even better discount levels.

NB!! This is the ONLY WEBSITE TO USE TO PLACE YOUR ORDERS. Don’t be fooled by lookalike websites.
You have a few ordering options available to you..
Ordering Option 1: Call Herbalife to place orders on +27(0)11 5541000
When you call you select option to place orders:
1. Give them your herbalife ID/membership number.
2. Confirm address to deliver to or you can collect at one of the walk in centers.
3. Tell them what you want to order and pay.
4. You can give them card details over the phone or select to do payment at bank or eft payment. (Wire transfer)
5. If your order is going to a customer make sure to request that they email the invoice to you and DO NOT send invoice in package
✅ Online orders available for Southern Africa, Botswana and Lesotho. Namibia’s and Swaziland still need to call, or sms orders to Herbalife JHB.
Ordering Option 2: Order online
💻If you have access to computer or your smartphone 📲 it’s very simple to place orders
Login to www.myherbalife.com with your email address and login details you created (or your sponsor helped you with).
Make sure the country is correct (top of your page)
Then it will show the home page.
On your home page you will see a green menu bar at the top with drop down menu options
~ Choose order products.
On your smart phone when logged in on home page click on the blue box with 3 white lines on left corner - it will open the menu options.
Ordering Option 3 : Place orders Via SMS
Members texting their order in South Africa may sms their order to the short code 33833.
Members texting their orders in Botswana, Lesotho, Swaziland, Namibia and Zambia may SMS their order to +27 84 318 646
The format below MUST be used when submitting and order via SMS:
Your Herbalife Member ID
Product SKU that you would like to order, plus the quantity that you would like to order (e.g. 1x0141, 2x2600)
Specify if you would like to collect from your nearest Sales Centre or have your order delivered. (e.g. Collection Sales Centre Woodmead, Delivery 86 Wood Street, Randburg, Johannesburg, Gauteng, 2091)
Advise the Method of payment that will be used (i.e Credit card, EFT, Debit card). If you wish to pay for your order by credit card a Herbalife Member Services Representative will contact you to verbally accept your card details, and process your payment once your order has been captured on system.

SMS Order Confirmation
Upon receipt of the sms order an “Auto Response” message will be sent back to the cellphone number from which the order was received. Once your order is processed by Herbalife you will receive a confirmation sms with your order information.
Once the sms order has been processed by Member services, the following order related information will be sent back to the Member via sms.

All SMS orders received by 2pm (Monday to Friday) will be processed on the same day and order confirmation will be send to the cellphone number by the member to place the order.
SKU# Unavailable to Order
Should any SKU# item not be available, it will not form part of the volume points and will be highlighted in the order confirmation sms sent back to the member.
Please note that in order to keep the sms ordering system a simple, quick and efficient way to process orders, we are not able to enter into a series of replies with Members. For any order queries please log an HCM query.
Payments made by Wire Transfer/Direct Deposit
Where orders are paid by “Wire Transfer”, “Direct Deposit” into Herbalife’s bank account, it is important that the correct Order number be used to reference the payment. This will ensure that the payment automation program can apply the payments to the order quickly and efficiently so that your order can be picked for collection or delivery.

Log onto www.myherbalife.com and click on “Contact Us” on the home page and select the online form to be filled.
Check the Status of your orders by visiting www.myherbalife.com
Ordering Option 4: Walk in
If you Pre order and select walk in to collect, make sure your order is paid in order to collect.
You can walk in and use order kiosk in the sales centre to place and pay your order with card only. No Cash.
